MULTI-DECK OVEN

The Intemar EF series utilizes the Cyclotherm heating system in which the heating gases are kept absolutely separate from the baking chambers (under pressure system) and do not come into contact with baked articles. the heating gases flow through heating ducts and give their heat off to the heating chambers. A circulating fan conveys these heating gases back to the combustion gases, heated up and conveyed back into the ducts.

 

The EF Series is also environmentally friendly as it has special features to make sure that we got the most baking out the smallest energy we use. This Intern comes down to lowering costs and saving money and the environment. The EF series have a record of their own, we still have customer who had bought it 30 years ago and is still using it today. Its durability is unmatched by any other in the industry. Oven base made out of refractory base that helps to give the same taste to the bread as of atradditional syone oven.

Stainless Steel doors which are easily accesible.

Stainless Steel front surface and hood.

Steam distribution system has been laid evenly in the oven for each chamber for steam injection and steam discharge.

Thermostat is placed in the exhaust chimney as a safety feature to prevent over heating.

The control devices that allows you to control the applied heat, steam and the baking period of the oven.

Fuel options include Natural Gas, LPG, Diesel, Fuel Oil and Electricity.
