BACK OVENS

 

Intemar Pastry Ovens have electric or gas models. The pastry oven uses the conventional airflow as its mai heating system. Its adjustable air channels and the two fans ensure the homogenous baking quality through out the oven. Steaming system makes sure that the right environment is created in the baking chamber. 

 

  • The optional Proofing Box provides the right mosture and temperature to secure well baking.
  • The oven has a stainless steel tray holders, air channels and circulation fans.
  • You can adjust the baking temperature, baking period and the amount of steam applied.
  • In the gas-fired type of oven there are; an indirect heat exchanger made of heat resistant steel and atmospheric gas burner.
  • In the electric heated type of oven there are long lasting heating resistors around the circulation fans.
  • Control Panels have been placed on the right side of the baking chamber for easy reach, all the power and the process control equipment is installed on them.
