Unlike any other rack ovens in the industry, Intemar rack ovens have their racks locked and centered by spring-loaded ball in the rotating table at the bottom of the oven. The rotating table is driven by gear motor, which is placed at the bottom of the oven. This system removes the additional weight placed on the top of the oven. By doing that the design gives the oven a long life with easy maintenance.

  • The top placement of its burner, circulation fan and the rack drive at the bottom of the oven provides higher practicality.
  • The Laminar airflow in the models RT 100 and RT 150 provides the optimum heating system, which makes the bread brighter and bulkier.
  • The oven has a stainless steel with a wide viewing vindow for manual surveillance as the special lamp lights the chamber during baking.
  • The rugged structure and the stainless steel front and baking chamber assure the durability of this oven.
  • The ability to bake homogenous bread due to rotating rack, this makes sure that the heat is evenly distrubuted within the chamber while baking is in process.
  • The automated sealing platform raises itself from the floor as rack is loaded into the baking chamber.
  • The double steaming system provides abundant steam for the baking chamber.
  • You can adjustthe baking temperature, baking period and the amount of steam applied.
  • The termostat has been placed in the exhaust chimney as a safety feature to prevent over heating .
  • The model offers optional digital control panel with micro processing.
  • Optional stainless steel side covers.
  • Fuel options include, Natural Gas, LPG, Diesel, Fuel Oil and Electricity
